Who receives mail from us
Only people who submitted their own address through a form on ridgelinedemand.com in order to receive that specific message. One-to-one with an inbound enquiry.
This is the operator console for the outbound mail service running on mail.ridgelinedemand.com (185.53.209.172). It handles transactional mail for our own domain only — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to enquiries submitted on our website, and internal notifications. It does not relay mail for third parties and sends no unsolicited bulk mail.

SPF, DKIM (RSA-2048, selector mail) and DMARC (p=quarantine) are published and verified. Live status is shown in the operator view.
Postfix runs inet_interfaces = loopback-only. There is no public SMTP listener, so this host cannot be used to relay mail from outside.
Unsubscribes are honoured immediately and permanently, enforced at send time against a live suppression list — not a manual process.
Enter the address and it is added to the suppression list immediately. Every future send is checked against that list before it leaves the server. No confirmation email, no delay, no login.
